Nexteon Bail Bonds is seeking to employ career minded, customer service oriented individuals who will provide professional, friendly empathetic, non-judgmental and high level service to clients and prospective clients successful candidates will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment be detail oriented, computer literate, have excellent communication skills, and professional appearance.

We will consider individuals who are currently working in the bail industry and are looking for a career advancement with a professional company. We will also consider qualified non-industry individuals who show excellent aptitude and are looking for rewarding career opportunities

After training, you will work to secure the release of individuals in custody and assist them through the criminal justice process.

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 1 year of successful bail or retail sales and / or customer service experience

- All candidates must be licensed by your state

- Must not have prohibitive criminal history and must have good driving record

- Ability to work any shift to support our 24 hour operation including: weekends, holidays and graveyards

- Excellent communication skills, including phone manner and in-person customer service

- Ability to deploy a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Ability to escalate effectively

- Strong  attention to detail

Bilingual (Spanish) is a requirement

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ability to generate sales and achieve sale goals

- Handle incoming and outbound calls and inquiries to secure client's release

- Administer bond paperwork

- Travel to jails and or courthouse to process bail bonds

- Perform postings and office services promptly and with diligence

- Assist manager with all request 

Required Education:

- High School degree or equivalent

- College degree and / or industry experience a plus
