Hourly Rates:

With this type of payment arrangement, your attorney will keep track of hours worked and invoice you by the hour.

Payment Plans:

In some legal matters our law firm may be able to accept a reasonable down payment and monthly payment from you.

Flat Fee:

Flat Fee arrangements are the main way we are retained. Clients whom engage us on a flat fee agreement, receive considerable discounts from payment plan fees or hourly fees.

Contingency Fee:

When an attorney works on a contingency basis it means that no fee is charged to the client up-front, but rather the attorney receives a percentage of any settlement or judgement money awarded.

Mixture Of Criminal Defense Lawyer Fees:

There are times when a client will be charged a mix of fees, such as a flat fee with an hourly rate or your attorney may base the contingent fee on a sliding scale.

Once you sign a contract with an attorney, your payment arrangement will be outlined in writing and state what expenses are covered under the fee. We accept cash, cashier's check, and credit or debit cards.
